WELDING
Industry leader in welding. Code offers a diverse range of welding capabilities tailored to your project’s specific volume and complexity. While our highly skilled welders provide expert precision in MIG, TIG, and Spot welding, we also offer Robotic Welding for high-volume production runs. Code has the expertise to weld carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and almost any exotic metal.
MACHINING
We support our customers by producing high quality machined parts. Many make their way to the weldments we produce. We offer high-precision CNC machining as both a secondary operation for fabricated parts and as a stand-alone service. We have the capacity to deliver superior turnaround times and the same exacting quality standards you expect from our welders.
FORMING
Code recently added an Amada 143-ton hydraulic/hybrid press brake for versatile and accurate bending. This high-precision press brake will provide endless capabilities to form almost any metal into almost any shape.
LASER CUTTING
Code recently added a 6 kW laser cutter with industry-leading technology to provide high-quality, efficient in-house laser cutting. Our new laser cutter will allow Code to expedite deliveries and lower costs on all cut parts.
SAWING
We have increased our efficiency through automation. A CNC-automated saw allows us to program multiple cut criteria for high speed, high accuracy, and repeatability.
ROLLING
The ability to roll materials of various widths, lengths, and profiles accentuates our other capabilities in serving our customers.
